We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, super close to everything. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool which was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a bottle of water on arrival. the breakfast provided in the hut outside was delicious and there were always enough seats for our family.

Upon arrival at Urcu, we were greeted by Mr Ibrahim, the owner, who immediately made us feel at home. He personally assisted us during a difficult situation when I developed an eye infection after visiting the waterfalls. Mr Ibrahim not only provided transport to the medical facility but also stayed with us throughout the lengthy waiting time, ensuring all our language translation needs were taken care of.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the services and facilities provided. The attention to detail was also commendable, with clean rooms and comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in the center of the old town was perfect for exploring Kaleici, with its charming streets and historical sites.
